Robust shredder, ideal for craft businesses and small recycling business.

Our 1-shaft shredder MS1-E 620 shreds materials such as wood and plastic effectively and economically. A widespread application is the production of wood chips for the firing of heating systems.

The material can be fed by hand or by a conveyor belt. The load-dependent controlled hydraulic ram presses the material to be shredded in front of the rotor. The material cuts between the fixed blade and the rotating blades. It falls through the perforated screen after reaching the desired grain size. There it can be sucked off or discharged by means of a screw conveyor.

Various drive powers, rotor types and screens are available. A wide range of options such as reinforced bearing units, segmented ram and metal separators enable the machine to be precisely adapted to the customer's specific requirements and to achieve the best possible efficiency.

The profiled innovative “V” rotor is made of solid material. The blade holders are welded into milled blade pockets. The cutting knives are set into these and screwed on from the back. This blades can be quick and easily exchanged.

Different granule sizes can be produced by exchangeable sieves. Sizes from 10 to 40mm are available.

In addition to the rotor equipped with 28 cutting blades, a rotor equipped with 14 cutting blades is also available.
The variant is suitable for very hard or tough materials. If only little current is available, the rotor is also a good choice.
